Dear Colleague, OfficialGuides (by Proconn Software) is a simple, practical and guide-friendly marketplace offering private tour requests directly from travellers to licenced guides. And we are now receiving requests more than we can handle, in 20 languages
What it costs: Listing is free. You pay a 15% service fee only on tours you completed.
How it works: No passwords, no dashboard, no calendar to maintain. Tour requests sent to your phone with a date, alternative date and number of pax. If you are not available you can decline the request with one click. If you accept, the guest will pay you directly under your payment and cancellation terms. You transfer us the 15% service fee once your balance reaches €200.
Your profile: Online within 2 business days. We keep city pages curated, so you’re not buried under hundreds of listings. You can pause or leave anytime with one message.
